Athlete Registration

NEW Registration through USAWMEBERSHIP.COM. In order to have the correct club affiliation, each individual athlete and coaches membership profile must have the correct USAW sanctioned club listed.

Athletes must adhere to policies and rules in 2019 Athlete Packet in order to Register!

ONLY QUALIFIED ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO REGISTER! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Athletes who fail to register by Friday, May 10, 2019, will be charged a $40.00 late processing fee to attend the 2019 Senior World Team Trials Challenge Tournament.

Athletes who fail to register by May 10th can register online and pay the late processing fee through the membership website until Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 11:59 PM MT. Other wise you will have to register on-site and pay the late processing fee. CASH ONLY

Work-out Partner Credentials
Work-out Partner credentials must be purchased.  The cost for these credentials is $30.00, payable at accreditation. These credentials allow access to the training/warm-up area and seating in the general admission area only.  Credentials will be produced in advance.  All work-out partners must be a current USAW member. Payment for each credential must be made at accreditation.

NO REGISTRATION BY MAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO COMPETE!

New Weigh-in Card Pick Up/Bracketing Procedures for all UWW Level events:

  1. Onsite/Late registration and weigh-in card pick up for all pre-registered athletes will take place approximately 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm the day before weigh-ins.

Mandatory for ALL athletes/coaches to pick up weigh-in cards during this time. 

  1. Seeding meeting will take place at approximately 8:00pm the day before weigh-ins
  2. Preliminary brackets will be released at approximately 9:30 pm the night before wrestling starts for that division.

All times are for the current time zone that the event is taking place in.

Registration & Weigh-in Procedures

 1.  Wrestlers must pick up their weigh-in card(s) and proceed to the weigh-in line.  A current USAW card needs to be shown at check-in.

 2. Wrestlers must be in line at the beginning of weigh-ins with weigh-in cards in hand.

 3. Wrestlers should only have a competition singlet on when entering the weigh-in area.  They must submit to a skin disease screening prior to weigh-in.  The chief medical officer has full authority without appeal in determining the eligibility of an athlete to compete.  Parents/coaches cannot accompany the wrestlers.  They will not be allowed to carry additional clothing or anything other than the weigh-in card with them during weigh-ins.

 4. Weigh-in cards must be left in the weigh-in area.  Do NOT leave the weigh-in area with your weigh-in card.
